Book Review: Secrets in the Cottage

Book Review: Secrets in the Cottage: by Nicole Gardner:

My Rating ⭐⭐⭐⭐

276 pages. Published 2022.

After her father dies, Daphne decides to return to Rosemary Mountain where her mother and father lived. She now believes her mother was murdered there a long time ago. In this quaint little town, she makes friends fast, including the handsome Emerson and a quirky next-door neighbor named Fiona. But someone likes to make trouble and is determined to run Daphne out of town. Now she has to prove her innocence and that she is not crazy. If she cannot find the truth, she might lose her mind or end up dead. This is the first book in a trilogy. Very good and keeps you guessing and wondering. And as this story ends, another starts with more questions. This is the first book in a trilogy about Daphne and her life., past and present. Very good – and I will read book #2 & #3.
