Definitely worth reading! Keeps you guessing. All the characters are believable. I can’t wait to read the rest of the books in the series about Luke Sackville and his team.
Luke’s wife is dead. He and his children are grieving. He knows he needs a new start, so he quits the police force and takes a new job as Head of Ethics at a local company. There he learns he will be investigating a missing woman, who possibly took bribes and then another woman turns up dead. And yes, she was from this same company! And another one goes missing! Then one of his team members goes missing. It’s up to his team to find them, find out if they are guilty or innocent and get to the bottom of this messy situation before one of them turns up dead.
