Steak topped with fried mushrooms and served with a sweet potato. One of our favorites. Our opinion, Portobello mushrooms are the best to top steaks with, and sometimes we do add scallions or fried sweet onions. Sweet potatoes (or yams) are so good. We bake them or steam them. Either way, topped with butter and sometimes brown sugar or maple syrup.
