Writing posts that people actually read:

  • Start with one clear takeaway. Before writing, finish this sentence: “After reading this, the reader will know how to…”
  • Use simple, scannable structure. Short paragraphs, clear headers, and lists keep readers moving.
  • Lead with the value. The first 2–3 sentences should tell readers exactly what they’ll get.
  • Add personal insight. Even informational posts feel stronger when you add your experience, examples, or lessons learned.
  • End with a next step. A question, a related post, or a small action keeps people engag
